Custom handmade items
Each crochet keepsake is personalized and made to order from the photos, notes, size, and details provided by the customer. Custom items are reviewed differently from ready-made products.
Cancellations
Cancellations may only be possible before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible because custom materials, time, and handmade work have already been committed.
More photos may be requested
Clear reference photos help the handmade process. If photos are unclear or more detail is needed, the customer may be contacted before production continues.
Damaged items or order issues
If an item arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue with your order, contact support with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Case-by-case review
Refunds and cancellations are reviewed case by case. The goal is to handle concerns fairly while respecting the custom handmade nature of each order.
Handmade interpretation
Each keepsake is a handmade crochet interpretation inspired by your photos. Small differences in shape, stitch, color impression, and expression are part of the handmade process.
