Each keepsake is handmade after your order is confirmed. Processing time is usually about 1 week. Because every piece is made to order, timing may vary slightly depending on details and photo clarity.
Shipping time
Shipping usually takes about 15 days after the finished keepsake is shipped. Delivery time can vary by country, customs processing, carrier conditions, holidays, and local delivery services.
Shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before payment. If you notice an address issue, contact support as soon as possible.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking details can be added after the order ships. Tracking availability may depend on destination, carrier, and shipping method.
International delivery
